DESCRIPTION:WHAT IS THE FOCUS OF THE GROUP? \nThe caregiver support group will be a processing group for those who identify as caregivers\, ex: a conservator of a loved one’s estate\, a parent of a child/ adult with a disability\, a spouse administering medical treatment/ providing care for their partner\, etc \nTOPICS COVERED: \n\nCaregiver strain\nCoping skills\nOutsourcing\nWays to reduce stress\nCommunity-building with other caregivers\nResources\n\nWHO IS ELIGIBLE? \n• Open to everyone\, Generations’ patients\nand non-patients\n• 18+ years old \nWHEN: \nMondays\, 9:00 -10:00 am \nBeginning March 2\, 2026 \nNote: Flexible Enrollment!
