DESCRIPTION:WHAT IS THE FOCUS OF THE GROUP? \nThis group offers people struggling with general anxiety and depression symptoms a place to talk with others who are going through similar struggles to eliminate feelings of isolation. The group will provide support while also teaching coping skills to manage the challenges that accompany these diagnoses. \nTOPICS COVERED: \n\nReduce isolation\nReduce stigma of mental health conditions\nSet personal goals\nLearn coping skills\n\nWHO IS ELIGIBLE? \n\nOpen to everyone\, Generations’ patients and non-patients\n\nWHEN: \nMondays 11:00 am – 12:00 noon \nNote: Flexible Enrollment! This ongoing therapy group is open for new members anytime.  Call to register.  \nWHERE: \nGenerations Family Health Center \n40 Mansfield Avenue • Willimantic \n  \nCOST/PAYMENT: \nWe accept Medicare\, Medicaid\, most private insurance plans\, and patients without insurance. Contact your insurance company to confirm coverage\, or call our office to discuss your options. If you’re uninsured or need financial assistance\, ask about our Sliding Fee Scale program to see if you qualify for a reduced rate.
