Craft and Connect Therapy Group

WHAT IS THE FOCUS OF THIS GROUP?

This group will allow individuals to connect, process stressors, and learn coping skills while engaging in crafts.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

–     Healthy relationships

–     General coping skills

–     Communication skills

–     Boundary setting

–     Stress management

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Participants must be 18+ years old
• Open to all genders
• This group* is open to current Generations patients as well as those who are not patients of Generations.
• If you are already a Generations patient (medical, dental or behavioral health), your clinician can help you with a referral to the group.
• If you are not a Generations patient, your clinician can refer you.
