Generations' Host Visitors from HRSA

During the second week of May 2013, Generations hosted
visitors from the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and
Services Administration.  This is the entity we receive our federal
funding from, to operate as a "Federally Qualified Health Center". This visit
was a planned, three-day review of our operations, to ensure that we are
meeting all of the operating requirements as a community health center. Their
review team included our HRSA Project Officer, and three consultants who reviewed
our policies and performance in administration, fiscal and clinical
areas.  They were VERY impressed with our employees and our
performance in all areas, and even cited several "Best Practices" which they
will share as examples to other health centers!
