Art and Play Through Therapy

PURPOSE OF THE GROUP: This group will teach SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) skills to young children through art and play.

WHO IS INVITED?
• Participants must be 4th graders
• Putnam Public School students
• 8 person maximum

WHEN:
Thursdays 2:00-2:45 p.m.
6 weeks, September 28 to November 2, 2023
No new members accepted for this session after the 1st week

Generations Family Health Center
Putnam School-Based Health Center
Putnam Middle School 35 Wicker Street, Putnam

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
• Learn emotional regulation and expression skills
• Build communication skills
• Improve engagement with peers

COST: Medicaid and most private insurances accepted. Not insured? You may qualify for a discounted rate, please ask about our Sliding Fee Scale program when you register.
